🍙 **General Rules

• There are no cancellations once you join our GOs. Please be 100% certain sure before you join. The only way to drop is if you can find someone else to take your spot.
• Also, GOs take a long time since a lot of the goods we are purchasing are preorders. If you cannot wait, please do not join.
• Please pay with Paypal Friends and Family Only!
• Be 18 and Over or at least have parental approval!
• Please check your emails often for payments! Don't forget to also check your junk mail, we sadly cannot help you if it goes to your junk.
• Requests: Feel free to request goods, we may say no due to time constraints or having too many on our plate at the moment, but send to cc.

🍙 Terms and Conditions

We have strict deadlines for payment and fees. We cannot cover fees for you if you decide to drop and sadly cannot pay for your goods beforehand. We are understanding about certain situations but do notify us beforehand so we can help you. If you cannot make the deadline and have not notified us prior, we will be putting the goods up for claim instead.

I will be implementing a late fee for one week after each ems or DMS payment. $1 for each day late. If you cannot pay after this grace week period, your item will be up for claim.

We are also implementing a handling fee. As you may know, running group orders is a lot of work. We personally want to keep this account small because that way we can give you the attention you need as well as not stress ourselves out so much, while still being able to keep EMS low. That being said, this fee is very small, but it shows us that you respect our time and effort. If you don’t agree with this, then simply do not join. We don’t mind losing people over this as we know what our time is worth.

Domestic Payments will be calculated by distance and we will include normally a $1-2 packing fee. This is to help pay for supplies since supplies do cost a lot.

🍙 What is a Group Order?

• A group order is run by a Group Order Manager (GOM). You place your orders through me and I place the orders for all goods through the vendor(s) and have them shipped to me to my address (China, Japan, Korea).
• Once my address has received the goods, I'll split the shipping either by the number of people who joined or the number of items bought.
• Once the goods arrive at either of our addresses, I will then request DMS (Domestic shipping), which is shipping through USPS from me to you!
• tl/dr Three Payments:
  • 1st Payment: Goods + Fees
  • 2nd Payment: EMS
  • 3rd Payment: Domestic Shipping

Items under $5.00 are charged 8%. Items over $5.00 will be marked for an additional $1.

For CN goods, I add 8% depending on if I'm sending to my proxy or not plus 10% to include tax, Alipay fees, and internal shipping fees.

Personal Orders/IOs Will be charged 10% of the item(s) total. We can place orders for any site as long as they take an international credit card. (currently closed for IOs)
